All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Order Policy

At ShopSAR.com you can expect ordering your auto accessories to be a simple, quick, and secure experience! We provide you with several different ordering, shipping, and payment options for more convenience and versatility.

You can place an order online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 52 weeks a year or during our normal business hours, you can call us at 888-490-7727 if you prefer to place an order over the phone.

We gladly provide customer support via phone or email for those customers who request help choosing the right parts for their vehicle. It is the customers sole responsibility to order the correct part for their vehicle using the information provided on this website combined with their own personal knowledge of their vehicle’s relevant specifications (year, make, model, trim level, color, etc). All products on this website, unless specifically noted, are for vehicles manufactured for sale in North America.

Orders placed over the phone will still require the customers email address in order to deliver the completed order confirmation online. Phone orders over $500.00 will require replying to this email confirmation to complete the order process.

For our customer’s protection, we do not accept new orders to ship to a different address than the credit card holder’s billing address. Only established customers will be allowed to modify their shipping information after 90 days of business activity.

We appreciate International orders but will only accept PayPal ($249.00USD or less) or Wire Transfer ($250.00USD or greater)as the payment option, no exceptions. Any international orders received using any other form of payment will be rejected. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may visit them at www.PayPal.com.

Shipping Policy

Most orders shipped to destinations within the continental United States are shipped using UPS ground service. At our descretion, in order to better serve our customers, we also use Fedex and USPS. These services take approximately 1-5 business days to most areas, but may require more time to remote locations. No orders can be shipped to a PO Box.
 

In order for UPS or FEDEX to release a shipment without obtaining a signature, the delivery address must be either a single-family dwelling or multiple family dwelling with a private entrance. UPS and FEDEX will not release packages that are shipped to commercial addresses or apartment / condominium complexes. In addition, the delivery driver cannot release packages requiring an adult signature at delivery. For packages that do not require a signature at delivery, the receiver may leave a note on their front door with delivery instructions. The decision on whether or not to release a shipment is ultimately up to the driver's best discretion. The goal is to deliver shipments in a safe area, away from public view, and protected from the weather. If the driver is unable to leave a package without a signature, an InfoNotice will be left explaining the requirements to complete delivery. ShopSAR.com is unable to issue special shipping instructions to delivery drivers (i.e. leave package with neighbor, leave package on porch, etc.). You may leave a note for the driver on your door with special instructions; however, the delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the driver.

“Free Shipping” promotions apply exclusively to orders shipped within the continental United States using Fedex Ground or UPS ground service.


If you are in the military, we would love to serve you. Orders placed using APO or FPO addresses will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
USPS shipments have general restrictions. Packages may not exceed 70 lbs. (Some zip codes have lower limits). Packages may not exceed 130 inches in combined length and girth.


Due to fluctuations, restrictions and limitations in international shipping charges and routes, ShopSAR.com reserves the right to review all charges associated to orders shipped outside of the United States after you have placed your order. In the event that we need to alter the shipping charge and/or the carrier associated to your purchase, we will send you an email detailing the additional charge and pertinent information. When you receive this, simply click the link to approve the charge and we will continue to process your order.


Our International customers may be subject to import tariffs that are levied when your package reaches your country. The customer must pay any additional charges that may be applied to your shipment. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what those charges may be. As a customer of ShopSAR.com, you are considered the importer of record and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the United States and the country in which you are receiving your merchandise. Please note that international shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. In addition, ShopSAR.com may be required to supply to customs agents information regarding your merchandise. This is often required in order to facilitate clearance by customs and to comply with local laws. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office for further information.


**Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on packages sent back to ShopSAR.com due to refusal of delivery for any reason including, but not limited to unexpected tariffs and customs fees.

Return Policy

ShopSAR.com guarantees satisfaction with all of the auto accessories we sell, and do our best to ensure you're getting products you'll love. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery of your order unless the item is considered final sale. Products eligible for return must be shipped back freight prepaid and received by us in a new resalable condition, including original packaging, installation parts and paperwork.

Orders returned in a ‘ready-to-sell’ condition will receive a prompt refund, less the original shipping costs and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

**ShopSAR.com does not accept returns or issue credits for final sale products. Products that are manufactured and/or modified to the customer’s exclusive specifications at the time of order are “Final sale” products. These products are considered to be, but are not limited to, made-to-order products such as custom floor mats, wood dashes and Katzkin Leather Interiors, paint-matched products such as rear spoilers and ground effects and Gold Grilles.

**ShopSAR.com does not accept returns or issue credits for any product that has been installed and/or purchases that are 30 days past delivery date.


**International orders may only be exchanged if the item is defective. No other returns/exchanges will be accepted.

 

Return Procedure

If you have decided to return an item to us, you will need a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns require an RA# posted on the outside of the box in order for us to accept shipment of your item(s) and to correctly process them. Shipments received without a valid RA# will be refused. We highly recommend that you insure the package you are returning and use a credible carrier that can provide you with "proof of delivery.” ShopSAR.com is not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. ShopSAR.com is not responsible for items returned without traceable markings (customer's name, address and RA#) on or in the box.
 

Refunds on authorized returns will be issued in accordance to our return policy within 5 business days of receipt of the authorized returned product. The customer will receive a refund notification via email.
***No refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of receipt, on any unauthorized returns. An unathorized return is defined as any package received from a customer without a valid "RA#" issued by ShopSAR.com and/or any unacceptable return as defined by our return policy. The customer is liable for any charges associated with returning said product back to them.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations after processing your order, if allowed, are not subject to a cancellation fee or to restocking charges if the order has not shipped. If your order has shipped or has entered the shipping process before notice of cancellation, shipping charges will not be refunded and you will need to request a Return Authorization Number, as long as the return is allowed as described under the "Return Policy" above. Refused merchandise at the time of delivery may incur return freight charges and a restocking fee.
 

**ShopSAR.com does not accept cancellations or issue credits for final sale products during processing. Products that are manufactured and/or modified to the customer’s exclusive specifications at the time of order are “Final sale” products. These products are considered to be, but are not limited to, made-to-order products such as custom floor mats, wood dashes and Katzkin Leather Interiors, paint-matched products such as rear spoilers and ground effects and Gold Grilles.

Defective items

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully and thoroughly inspect his/her order upon delivery.

If a product is damaged in shipping, refuse the delivery or you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can file a claim with the shipping company (UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc) . If you file the claim or refuse the package due to damage, please inform us by email or phone. Do not ship the product back to us, the shipping company will pick it up. We will ship out a replacement as soon as we receive a confirmation of the claim from the carrier.

All items should be inspected for defects or damage and "dry fitted" prior to being installed. Installation instructions provided should be followed completely. We recommend that all items be professionally installed. Any concern or question as to fit or installation should be brought to our attention. We provide technical support during our normal business hours to help with installations.
 
Any defects or quality issues must be reported prior to installation, within the first thirty days of receiving your order. If an item arrives in a not-new condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to use for returning the defective part to ShopSAR.com. To get this shipping label and a valid RA#, see our full return procedure above. Once you've got both the label and the RA#, just ship the defective item with the original packaging, paperwork and parts back to us. We'll process your return and ship you a replacement part.

Please examine all parts prior to installation. Under no circumstances will credits or refunds be issued for installed parts and/or parts that have had the “Red-3M” protective liner removed!

Warranty Policy


ShopSAR.com has been in business for well over twenty-five years. We take great pride in dealing with only the finest quality manufacturers, products and materials. Most products that we sell include instructions and/or a product warranty card. After the installation of your product, any warranty extended to the consumer, is that which is represented by the manufacturer. ShopSAR.com does not make any additional representation nor is responsible for the policies set forth by the manufacturer. Should you require service for your product under the manufacturers warranty policy, contact us and we will gladly assist you with the process.

**ShopSAR.com does not reimburse for labor charges, installation time or loss of use under any circumstances.
**Items found to be damaged as a result of installer inexperience or error, abuse, excessive wear and tear, improper use, abrasions, scuffs, cuts, accidents, cleaning and conditioning chemicals are not considered defective and will incur a charge for replacement.

Restocking Fees


The vast majority of our customers are extremely happy with our specially-tailored items for their vehicle, and never need to return them. Orders received in accordance with the terms of our “Return Policy” are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a return is due to our error, no restocking fee is charged.
 

Credits

Orders received in accordance with the terms of our “Return Policy”
will be examined upon arrival at our warehouse. In order to receive credit for your return (less applicable charges), the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • The return package must be clearly labeled with a proper Return Authorization Number (RA#)
  • The item(s) must be returned in new condition
    All items returned for refund or exchange to Superior Auto Restyling must be in a new, ready-to-sell condition. This includes all installation hardware, instructions, packaging and paperwork that were part of your original order.
After we validate your return, the credit card originally used to place your order will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs and restocking fees. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of your return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

**If a product is received in a not new condition (including original packaging and paperwork) or does not meet the return conditions, we may be unable to issue you a credit or exchange for a replacement, and the item may be shipped back to you.


***Under no circumstances will credits or refunds be issued for “Made-to-Order” items. They cannot be returned or cancelled for any reason once a purchase is processed.

Exchanges

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not process exchanges in the traditional manner, that is, a returned product is not directly exchanged for another product in our inventory. Instead, we charge your card for a new purchase (the replacement item) and credit your card for the initial purchase (the returned item).


Items that are returned for exchange or replacement must meet the same conditions in our “Return Policy” and follow our “Return Procedure”. Once received, credit will be issued based on our “Credits” policy above.

If you requested that an item be replaced, we will ship your new item after we receive and process the returned product. If you need the alternate item immediately, you will need to place a new order for the replacement product via our online shopping cart.

Items to be exchanged and sent to us without a proper Return Authorization Number (RA#) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Sales Tax

Only New York State residents are charged Sales Tax.

Superior Auto Restyling reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Superior Auto Restyling shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Superior Auto Restyling without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
