ShopSAR.com Return Policy
ShopSAR.com guarantees satisfaction with all of the auto accessories we sell, and do our best to ensure you're getting products you'll love. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery of your order unless the item is considered final sale. Products eligible for return must be shipped back freight prepaid and received by us in a new resalable condition, including original packaging, installation parts and paperwork.
Orders returned in a "ready-to-sell" condition will receive a prompt refund, less the original shipping costs and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
**ShopSAR.com does not accept returns or issue credits for final sale products. Products that are manufactured and/or modified to the customer's exclusive specifications at the time of order are "Final sale" products. These products are considered to be, but are not limited to, made-to-order products. The following final sale products cannot be returned for any reason:
Lloyd Floor Mats
B&I Wood Dash Kits
Katzkin Leather Interiors and/or materials
All paint-matched products such as rear spoilers and painted body side
All sunroof parts
Black Ice Grilles, Black Mesh Grilles
**ShopSAR.com does not accept returns or issue credits for any product that has been installed, partially installed and/or purchases that are more than 30 days past delivery date.
**International orders may only be exchanged if the item is defective. No other returns/exchanges will be accepted.
If you have decided to return an item to us, you will need a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns require an RA# posted on the outside of the box in order for us to accept shipment of your item(s) and to correctly process them. Shipments received without a valid RA# will be refused. ***No refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of receipt, on any unauthorized returns. An unauthorized return is defined as any package received from a customer without a valid "RA#" issued by ShopSAR.com and/or any unacceptable return as defined by our return policy. The customer is liable for any charges associated with returning said product back to them.
